· July 16, 2006—12:00 to 3:00 JFK Park Marina, Yonkers, NY—Mia will be leading a workshop for children about making collages of the Hudson River.   There will be two other artists teaching drawing and painting as well.   These  workshops are free and sponsored by the Hudson River Museum.   Some supplies will be on hand but bring your own paints and drawing materials.

· September 30, 2006 —AqueFest 12-3:30 –Friends of the Old Croton Aqueduct Aqueduct Festival—On the Old Croton Aqueduct between Zinsser Park in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY and the Overseer’s Cottage in Dobbs Ferry, NY.   Music, Food, and other activities.   Mia de Bethune will be running a children’s art workshop near the Overseer’s Cottage from 12-3:30.  Activities will include landscape pastel drawing and wire sculptures made with natural objects found on the trail.

· Oct 7,  14, 21, 28 from 11:00am to 12:30  Art Therapy Peer Support Group for Girls 11-14.  Located ate Mia de Bethune’s studio, 145 Palisade Street, Rm. 402, Dobbs Ferry, NY. For more information call914-584-1820.
